After the initial meeting a second consultation can be booked where the M Design team will create a package of mood boards, sketches and (if required) computer aided 3D visuals. A 'setting up' fee of £ 195 will be payable in advance of the meeting, which will be deducted from the final total of the completed works.

The third stage will entail the interior designers putting the final design together. These plans will bring together the initial brief, the proposal and any changes or refinements that have been discussed. The final design is then presented to the client, who will be asked to give formal approval. Once approved a Project Plan is finalised. This will detail each stage of the design's implementation, outline costs, and define schedules etc.

Remote Clients:
If you have a property which you need building work completed, refurbished, decorated, or redesigned, we have the experience to assist you. We are able to work with you remotely. Designs can be forwarded via email and conference calls arranged to discuss the project. The designers are also happy to travel to the client regardless of location*
